With data from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) showing that only a third of applications for Building Control Approval for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) have been approved to date, Build UK has updated its overview of Gateway Two to provide further details on the information that must be included within applications for new and existing HRBs.

The Build UK guide has been aligned with the BSR application portal and now sets out the full list of questions that must be completed, including whether they are multiple choice, free text or a pdf document upload.
